Landscaping merger

Four of the largest landscaping businesses together employing 2000 people in Australia and New Zealand have merged to create Green by Nature. The new brand incorporates Australia’s Green Options, Skyline Landscape Services, Super Gardens and New Zealand’s Recreational Services.

The company said the merger will allow the company to focus on better solutions for its customers.

Tony Herman, founder of Green Options said the merger was motivated by the need for a forward-thinking green space company, that will set new standards for sustainability.

“Our strategy is clear: harness the strengths of each company’s individual capabilities and extend them across the broader Group. This deep expertise, combined with the high quality of the four founding businesses, will enable Green by Nature to pioneer a new era in the Australian and New Zealand landscaping industry.”
