Frater Consulting Services are a specialist Environmentally Sustainable Design (ESD) group working with clients to support sustainable outcomes in the built environment.

We are an established and large team of ESD professionals with our ethos built around continued training and staying ahead of the regulation curve. Every member of our team is committed to delivering our services to industry leading standards.

Our team is growing, and we are looking for an awesome, self-starting, and creative administration and office manager to join our busy Melbourne office.

Qualities

  • Previous administrative experience in an Engineering, Planning, Consulting, Architectural firm or similar (highly regarded)
  • General construction and property development understanding
  • Understanding of marketing platforms
  • Excel skills
  • Working knowledge of Office 365 suite of products
  • Must have exceptional phone and interpersonal skills

Main Tasks

Marketing

  • Implement online and social media marketing strategies
  • Manage online and social media accounts and content
  • Provide feedback a reporting to management on strategy performance
  • Coordinating our fortnightly direct email (Mail Chimp)

Client Experience

  • Develop direct relationships with new Frater Consulting Service
  • Provide phone, email and online support for new client managing their job workflow
  • Respond to existing clients’ queries
  • Maintain client satisfaction with proactive service strategies
  • Organising external education presentations for our team members to present
  • Collate client feedback and discuss with management
  • Liaising with clients on new services and regulation changes
  • Attend to client’s administration requests (relating to our service)
  • Assist management with all client experience strategies and processes

Internal Administration

  • Provide administration support for management
  • Organising staff incentives, events, etc
  • General administration function and bookkeeping assistance
