Margot is the Deputy Chair of the Property Council of Australia’s Sustainability Roundtable, a former co-chair of their Modern Slavery Working Group and sits on the UN Principles for Responsible Investment (PRI) Policy Committee.

David Clark established Positive Zero after 18 years as a partner in Cundall. For over 30 years he has worked on a wide range of new and existing buildings and major transport projects in Australia and UK, as a sustainability adviser and as a chartered engineer (both structural and building services). He was the principal technical author of the first Green Star rating tool in 2003 and since 2016 has chaired the GBCA Green Star Technical Advisory Group, overseeing the development of next generation of Green Star rating tools. His book, What Colour Is Your Building, published in 2013, covered how to measure and reduce energy consumption and embodied carbon in buildings. In 2022 he wrote a series of practical guides on the electrification of buildings for the GBCA and the Better Building Partnership.

In his career as a Banker he completed over $50billion of financing and M&A transactions and worked with some of the largest companies participating in the Energy, Power, Mining and Infrastructure sectors. Before retiring from Banking, Philip was a member of Citi’s Investment Banking Operating Committee for the Asia Pacific Region.
